Soon to be RNZAF King Air's

The introduction of  the "new" Beech 200 King Air's for the RNZAF, leased from Hawker Pacific, is progressing at a steady pace and some recent additions to the ZK register have been noted at Ardmore.

ZK-MHP/NZ7123, as previously mentioned here, was out flying again today, 04 September.  It was noted late morning wearing the RNZAF titles and NZ7123 on the rear fuselage but by early afternoon and prior to its proving flight towards Great Barrier had had the 7123 removed leaving just NZ!

ZK-PHP/NZ7124 is the most recent airframe to receive the ZK markings and it arrived at Hamilton from Bankstown and Sydney as VH-NZF on 21 August having undergone maintenance with Hawkers since its arrival from Broome as N660AA on 16 June in company with N660WM.  N660WM subsequently became VH-NZE so we can expect to see it cross the Tasman soon.
ZK-PHP was repainted by APS of Hamilton and ferried north to Ardmore late on the afternoon of 03 September wearing the dual marks of NZ7124.

Also pending delivery is ZK-KHP/NZ7121 as seen here
