After departing the Spartan Wigram this morning I dropped in on Skyfarmers to see the Air Tractor AT-402B ZK-SAT, c/n 402B-0990, resting on its wash pad near Methven between spud spraying missions.
A sneak look in the office shows some of the sat nav/gps gear used on the job.
And in the back of the hangar (as usual) is the olde FU24-950M ZK-BII c/n 36.
Believe it or not; this FU24 first flew on 20-12-1955.
Where have all the years gone ?
Is that Air Tractor turbine powered?
